The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of software products while actively exploring the use of AI to improve workflows, product capabilities, and team efficiency.

This role sits at the intersection between client needs and the development team, ensuring that product decisions translate business goals into clear and actionable development work. You'll own the product vision and delivery across one or more client engagements, working closely with engineering, design, data science, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for assigned projects
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, technical specifications, and priorities
• Facilitate discovery sessions and alignment between design, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data

Delivery & Execution

• Act as the main interface between clients, stakeholders, and the development team
• Lead sprint planning, scope definition, and release coordination
• Manage dependencies between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track project health, escalate blockers proactively, and ensure timelines are met
• Produce clear scope documents covering use cases, technical constraints, and acceptance criteria

Design & User Experience

• Partner with designers to define user flows, validate concepts, and ensure the product delivers a coherent experience
• Collaborate on research initiatives, usability tests, and prototype reviews to inform product decisions
• Balance user experience quality with technical feasibility and business constraints
• Ensure design intent is preserved throughout the development cycle

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with Tech Leads on architecture decisions and integration planning
• Participate in data pipeline and analytics discussions to support data-informed decisions
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
• Support the team in making informed product and technical decisions

Client Relationship

• Go beyond operational syncs, understand client pain points, satisfaction, and growth opportunities
• Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and technical feasibility
• Build genuine partnerships where the client sees Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as a strategic ally, not just a vendor
• Proactively identify where AI can add value to the client's business and propose actionable plans

AI & Innovation

• Use AI as a daily tool for analysis, synthesis, documentation, and decision support in your own product work
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve processes, product features, and team productivity
• Explore use cases for LLMs, automation, and AI agents within client solutions and internal workflows
• Contribute to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s AI strategy and capability building

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in software development
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Structured thinking and ability to prioritize and organize product work
• Track record of delivering digital products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to write clear scope documents and translate them into actionable engineering work
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Interest in AI tools and automation applied to product development and operations
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English

Nice to Have

• Technical background or strong technical fluency — ability to read API specs, discuss system architecture, and understand data models
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or automation in product workflows
• Experience with mobile app development ecosystems
• Exposure to data science or ML projects
• Experience with analytics and data-informed decision making
• Spanish proficiency
