What you will do:
- Create and maintain the test strategy;
- Develop detailed test plans;
- Perform unit test reviews;
- Conduct integration and user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Define and enforce quality gates;
- Collaborate with DevSecOps to run automated QA tools;
- Ensure compliance with secure development standards;
- Support roadmap planning and release management;
- Lead QA initiatives proactively;
- Develop QA automation scripts;
- Maintain proper QA documentation.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent English;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Solid experience in Quality Assurance within IT or cybersecurity environments;
- Proven experience defining and executing test strategies and quality processes;
- Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Experience with test automation;
- Experience defining and managing quality gates;
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal);
- Experience working in global and remote teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevSecOps practices;
- QA certifications (ISTQB or similar);
- Cybersecurity background;
- Cloud environment experience;
- Agile methodologies.
