Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Insights Brazil is seeking a Director of Client Leadership & Growth to act as one of the business growth levers, driving strategic client development, account expansion and continuous value creation.
This executive combines commercial leadership, a consultative mindset and delivery excellence, acting as a strategic partner to clients and actively contributing to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s sustainable growth through new solutions, innovation, and deeper client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute account growth plans, with a focus on portfolio expansion, revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify and structure new business opportunities within the existing client base, connecting clients’ strategic challenges to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s capabilities.
- Play a strong role in opportunity generation and value proposition development, integrating insights, AI-enabled tools, innovation, and consulting.
- Ensure delivery excellence as the foundation for retention and sustainable growth.
- Lead and develop teams with a strong ownership, collaboration, and growth mindset.
- Contribute to the evolution of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Insights Brazil’s commercial strategy and portfolio.
- Work in close collaboration with local, regional and global leadership teams.
Candidate Profile
- Solid experience in business development, strategic client leadership, consulting, or marketing research.
- Strong commercial discipline, with a proven track record of expanding existing accounts and consistently converting pipeline into revenue.
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategy, consultative selling and delivery.
- Mature leadership profile, with a strong focus on people development and business results.
- Fluent English.
