We are looking for a Risk Control Monitoring Analyst to support real-time monitoring and analysis of user betting behavior. This role is responsible for identifying abnormal activities, detecting potential risks, and ensuring timely response actions to protect platform integrity and minimize business losses.
You will work closely with risk control and technical teams to strengthen system stability, improve detection accuracy, and enhance overall risk prevention capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor user betting activities in real time and detect abnormal or suspicious behavior promptly
- Analyze user betting patterns to identify potential risks and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Execute rapid response measures when high-risk activities, account anomalies, or suspicious behaviors are detected to prevent potential losses
- Support daily monitoring and operation of the risk control system to ensure stable performance and timely response to system alerts
- Identify opportunities to improve risk control models and provide recommendations to enhance automated detection and response capabilities
- Report system vulnerabilities, game loopholes, or technical risks to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution and risk mitigation
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- High data sensitivity with the ability to identify anomalies and issues within datasets
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Good judgment and ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced operational environment
