Risk & Governance Analyst at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)
In this role, you'll establish and oversee the IT governance framework to mitigate operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance, providing strategic metrics that facilitate informed decision-making by senior management. As the strategic architect behind our technology's safety and compliance, your mission is to bridge the gap between complex technical operations and business objectives by identifying potential threats before they materialize. You won't just be "checking boxes"—you'll be building a culture of risk awareness, ensuring our IT infrastructure remains resilient, compliant, and aligned with international standards like ISO 27001 and COBIT. What You'll Do:
- Coordinate information security risk assessment and reassessment activities.
- Follow up with risk owners and business areas to obtain status updates and evidence.
- Consolidate, measure, and communicate monthly KPIs for IT teams.
- Ensure that periodic reviews include open, in-progress, and closed risks.
- Support risk reporting and governance communication to management.
