Epirco is a growth infrastructure and consulting firm working with clients across North America, LATAM, and MENA. We help mid-sized businesses scale by integrating CRM systems, automation, marketing, and operational infrastructure under one accountable team.
We are expanding our sales function in LATAM and are hiring a structured, multilingual SDR to support pipeline growth.
Qualification
- 1–3 years experience in B2B sales support or SDR role
- Strong written Spanish and professional English
- Portuguese is a strong advantage
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Comfortable asking qualifying questions
- Calm, structured communicator
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to warm leads
- Ask structured qualification questions
- Disqualify poor-fit prospects early
- Book meetings with the Sales Director
- Send reminders and reduce no-shows
- Update HubSpot accurately
- Track conversion metrics
