Duties

- Manage and nurture existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation efforts
- Conduct territory management activities to optimize coverage and maximize sales potential in designated regions
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and implementation processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales, preferably within the cleaning or facility services industry
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently
- Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations that clearly articulate value propositions
- Familiarity with marketing techniques including cold calling, inside sales, territory management, and upselling tactics
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus but not required; a passion for learning new products is essential
