About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Support Intern to join our LATAM team in São Paulo.

In this role, you will provide direct support to the LATAM leadership team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across calendar coordination, travel arrangements, event organization, communication with regional teams, and preparation of executive materials.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment, and who wants to develop strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills while closely supporting senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support calendar management for LATAM executives using Outlook and Teams, including meeting scheduling, invitations, and room logistics.
  • Prepare and review executive materials such as emails, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Coordinate LATAM travel logistics, including flight and hotel research, transfers, itinerary preparation, and travel guidance for employees.
  • Assist in the organization of corporate events, such as happy hours, leadership meetings, and international visits, including guest lists, RSVPs, vendor coordination, and supporting materials.
  • Support the expense reimbursement process, including receipt verification and documentation preparation for submission in internal systems.
  • Maintain databases, contact lists, spreadsheets, and digital files up to date and well organized.
  • Help facilitate communication with teams across Brazil and LATAM, as well as external partners and vendors.
  • Welcome visitors and provide general administrative support when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field (from the 3rd semester onward).
  • Advanced English skills, with confidence communicating with executives and international teams.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset, sense of urgency, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us?

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive support within a regional and international environment, working closely with leadership and contributing to high-impact activities across LATAM.

You’ll have the chance to develop practical experience in coordination, communication, planning, and business support, while building a strong foundation for your future career.
