Main assignments

• Define and promote best development practices
• Develop, code, and test systems across Frontend and Backend projects
• Build and deliver complex functionalities
• Propose and implement technological improvements
• Ensure adherence to development standards across projects
• Validate current test coverage and improve testing strategies
• Validate new application functionalities before release
• Monitor system and application performance
• Identify risks and opportunities, acting proactively with preventive solutions
• Support and mentor junior developers
• Contribute to technical decision-making
• Perform system maintenance and implement necessary fixes
• Execute debugging, testing, and continuous improvements on existing systems

Requirements

• Solid experience in software development
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Strong knowledge of Java
• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, backlog, sprints)
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Experience integrating APIs
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Differentials

• Experience with Spring Boot
• Knowledge of AEM Cloud and Cloud Manager
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• AEM Certification
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud

• Remote within Brazil, with flexibility for global collaboration
