About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant to join our team and lead AI-driven engagements for enterprise clients. In this role, you will help executive teams turn scattered AI initiatives into a clear strategy, a prioritized portfolio, and a governance model that delivers measurable business value and holds up in budget discussions.

You will own the day-to-day direction of engagements or major workstreams, act as a trusted advisor to client directors and C-level stakeholders, and guide mid-level consultants and analysts on the team. Working closely with delivery managers and consulting leadership, you will also shape new opportunities, proposals, and the evolution of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s AI consulting offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy engagements or major workstreams end to end, from scoping and diagnosis to final recommendations and handover to delivery
• Own the application of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s AI maturity framework, defining the assessment approach, validating evidence and scoring, and turning results into clear recommendations
• Lead stakeholder interviews and facilitate innovation workshops with directors and C-level executives, aligning business and technology leaders around shared priorities
• Shape and challenge the AI use case portfolio, defining prioritization criteria, scoring models, and impact × complexity trade-offs with client leadership
• Own business cases and ROI models for prioritized initiatives, stress-testing assumptions and defending them with finance and executive sponsors
• Lead AI governance and risk diagnostics, including tool adoption, costs, and data privacy and security exposure, and design the target-state governance and operating model
• Design AI roadmaps that connect strategy, investment, capabilities, and change management, and that are defensible in budget discussions
• Own the quality and storytelling of executive deliverables, and present findings and recommendations to steering committees and boards
• Manage engagement scope, schedule, risks, and client expectations together with delivery managers, escalating early and proposing solutions
• Coach and review the work of mid-level consultants and analysts, raising the quality bar and supporting their growth
• Support business development by scoping opportunities, writing proposals, and identifying follow-on work with existing clients
• Lead improvements to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s consulting methodologies, templates, and accelerators, and contribute to thought leadership on enterprise AI

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting and/or data and AI projects, including leading workstreams or engagements
• Proven track record of delivering AI or data strategy work for enterprise clients, from diagnosis to roadmap
• Deep, hands-on use of generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and a solid understanding of how AI, including agents and LLM-based solutions, creates value across business functions
• Strong knowledge of AI and data fundamentals (use cases, data platforms, architecture, governance, risks), enough to challenge technical teams and translate trade-offs for executives
• Experience designing prioritization frameworks, business cases, and ROI models that withstand executive and finance scrutiny
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling, with a track record of presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders and steering committees
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing senior stakeholders with competing interests
• Experience coaching or reviewing the work of junior and mid-level team members
• Ownership and judgment to manage scope, ambiguity, and multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent Portuguese and fluent English

Nice to haves

• Experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or account growth in a consulting firm
• Experience designing AI operating models, AI Centers of Excellence, or AI adoption and change management programs
• Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., LGPD, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare
• Familiarity with enterprise AI and data platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Azure, Anthropic, OpenAI)
• MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., cloud, Databricks, AI/ML, PMP)
• Spanish proficiency
