You will join the Efficiency & Innovation team, where you will support the Legal, Institutional Relations, Regulatory, ESG, and Corporate Security functions throughout Latin America. Our strategic focus is built upon three core pillars:

This role in summary

The Senior Analyst, Projects, Processes and Innovation is responsible for mapping, leading, and implementing process improvement projects focused on efficiency and innovation for Legal, Institutional Relations, Regulatory, ESG, and Corporate Security at local, regional (LATAM), and global levels.

This role is central to developing workflows, automations, data analysis, and strategic dashboards that drive business results.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement opportunities within supported business units;

  • Manage and execute end-to-end projects for Legal, Institutional Relations, Regulatory, ESG, and Corporate Security areas;

  • Develop and maintain technical solutions, including systems, automations, and reporting tools;

  • Map and handle strategic data to provide actionable insights for leadership;

  • Collaborate effectively with regional and global teams, as well as internal support departments;

  • Translate project activities and operational improvements into measurable financial results for the business.

Minimum requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Development, or related fields.

  • Experience: Solid and proven experience in project management, process automation, and dashboard development.

  • Technical Knowledge: Basic experience in programming logic and databases (for example., SQL, Google Script, VBA, BigQuery) applied to technical solutions.

  • Languages: Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish proficiency are mandatory.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Certifications: Green Belt, Yellow Belt, or related process improvement certifications;

  • Business Acumen: Ability to link technical project deliverables to strategic financial outcomes.
