Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Customer & Accounts domain at Betfair International. This role offers a unique opportunity to improve customer experiences at scale within a leading global Sports & Gaming brand, operating across multiple jurisdictions.
You will be responsible for driving the execution and continuous improvement of key customer-facing journeys, working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders. You will balance business impact, user experience, and regulatory requirements, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and with high quality.
This role requires strong ownership, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the execution of product initiatives aligned with the Customer & Accounts strategy
• Own and continuously improve key customer journeys, identifying pain points and delivering practical solutions
• Work closely with engineering and design to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions with high quality
• Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to inform decisions and optimize performance (retention, conversion, engagement)
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints across multiple markets
• Lead discovery efforts to validate problems and solutions, keeping a strong focus on delivery and impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and markets to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Break down complex problems into clear priorities and actionable plans
• Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
• Continuously improve ways of working and contribute to delivery excellence
• Mentor and support other Product Managers, helping them grow in product thinking and execution

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in Product Management, ideally in complex, high-scale environments
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. gaming, fintech, payments, or similar)
• Proven ability to navigate compliance constraints while delivering effective solutions
• Hands-on experience with product discovery, user research, and data-driven decision making
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver results
• Strong ownership and ability to operate autonomously
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with longer-term improvements
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), as all communication will take place in an international environment
