Job Description

You will join a highly innovative simulation initiative focused on building next-generation digital twins and virtual modeling technology for industrial systems. The project develops advanced tools that combine physics-based simulation, geometry processing, and high-performance computing — enabling companies to model, predict, and optimize the behavior of complex machines. Your work will directly contribute to a simulation engine that bridges mechanical engineering, computational science, and modern software development.

Qualifications

  • Customize and enhance Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Computational Structural Mechanics (CSM) codes.
  • Design and implement geometry data processing pipelines for digital twins and virtual prototypes.
  • Analyze simulation data and prepare it for visualization and downstream workflows.
  • Optimize simulation workflows for robustness, speed, and scalability.
  • Integrate simulation components into broader engineering and IT landscapes.
  • Develop interfaces and APIs to connect simulation tools with external systems.
  • Create automated test frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability of simulation outputs.
  • Document systems thoroughly and contribute to internal knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with experts in physics, engineering, software, and data science.
  • Track emerging simulation and digital-twin technologies and introduce innovative methods.

Your Profile

  • Strong programming expertise in Python and C++ for complex simulation algorithms.
  • Experience with open-source CAE tools such as Gmsh and FreeCAD.
  • Solid understanding of CAE and CAD methodologies.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools (matplotlib, PyVista).
  • Hands-on experience with CFD setup, execution, and analysis.
  • Ability to integrate simulation workflows into digital-twin architectures.
