Main accountable about sales goals accomplishment, growth and profitability of the Service Business on a specific
sales territory
Job Responsibilities**
(1) Accountable for designing and successful execution of the Strategic Territory Business Plan.
(2) Manage, train and develop the territory management team members, developing their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and that the territory team's objectives are met.
(3) Know deeply the current Service Business situation and its potential, taking this knowledge to market reports. Analyze market and customer data, insights and trends to develop detailed business plans to ensure the sustainable growth of the Service Territory Business.
(4) Ensure the alignment and strategic articulation within the FLSmidth organization to deliver and capture value to and from the territory customers.
(5) Manage the Territory Service Business based on our "Life Cycle Supplier" approach, our strength of "Product/Process Knowledge" and our Productivity Provider N°1 ambition.
(6) Promote and develop long-term agreements with our territory customers to supply all our service portfolio.
(7) Promote business management based on Collaboration, Customer Focus, Accountability, Agility, Innovation, Operational Excellence, Diversity and Inclusion.
(8) Other functions that are required for the well development of our service territory business.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or related field) or Business Administration with a strong technical aptitude.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales of industrial equipment, services, or solutions, preferably within the mining, cement, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial processes and equipment, particularly within FLSmidth's core industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
