What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute social and community development projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Engage with local partners, NGOs, and community stakeholders
- Track and report project outcomes and impact metrics
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and outreach activities
- Support grant applications and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social projects, community programs, NGOs, or related fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Education, or related field (preferred but not required)
