Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer where you will leverage your expertise in SQL and .Net Core to develop innovative solutions. With a focus on Finance & Accounting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Property & Casualty Insurance, you will contribute to projects that drive business success.

  • Net, and PL/SQL(Mandatory).
  • Portuguese Native.
  • Spanish Intermediate/Advanced

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using SQL and .Net Core to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing best practices in coding and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless operation of software systems.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Optimize database queries and improve application performance for better user experience.
  • Document software specifications and processes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills in Finance & Accounting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
  • Contribute to the company's mission by developing solutions that positively impact society and business operations.
  • Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, managing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and .Net Core with a minimum experience.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex business problems.
  • Have experience in Finance & Accounting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or Property & Casualty Insurance as a nice-to-have skill.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show adaptability to work in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and focus.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in relevant domains.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges efficiently.

Work model:
