POSITION OVERVIEW
Weston Heated Apparel is seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to manage and optimize our inventory, production, and logistics operations across our retail, DTC (Shopify), and Amazon channels.
This is a critical role focused on demand forecasting, sales trend analysis, and ensuring the right inventory is positioned across our 3PL network and Amazon fulfillment centers at all times. The candidate must be willing to travel to China at least once per year to visit factories and oversee production, and annually to our 3PL warehouse(s) for operations audits.Mandarin fluency is required to effectively communicate with our manufacturing partners in China.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Planning & Inventory Management
- Analyze sales trends and data to forecast inventory needs across all channels — top priority.
- Determine optimal inventory positioning across multiple 3PLs and Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for Shopify, Amazon, and retail channels in collaboration with the CEO.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses to maintain accurate inventory counts.
Production & Supplier Management
- Communicate with factories in China to place POs, coordinate product changes, and oversee production end-to-end.
- Travel to China at least once per year to conduct quality inspections and strengthen supplier relationships.
- Set up and analyze product and quality inspections at overseas factories; hold suppliers to standards.
- Test new products for quality and performance.
Logistics & Order Fulfillment
- Coordinate shipping schedules for timely delivery across retail, DTC, and Amazon channels.
- Manage FBA inventory and coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Supervise international shipments to the U.S., ensuring customs compliance and on-time delivery.
- Work with 3PLs to optimize storage, packing, and shipping processes.
- Conduct annual on-site visits to 3PL warehouses to audit operations and verify inventory accuracy.
- Manage barcodes, labeling, and packaging requirements for retail, DTC, and Amazon compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience managing retail wholesale, DTC (Shopify), and Amazon channels simultaneously.
- Strong demand forecasting and sales data analysis skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with multi-channel inventory management tools or ERPs.
- Background in apparel, consumer electronics, or technical outerwear.
