Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Engineering is searching for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our teams in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in system administration:
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, etc.).
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Relevant certifications (MCSA/MCSE, Linux+, RHCSA, AZ-900 or equivalent).
- Experience with backups, storage, and high availability.
- Minimum experience of 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
- Good knowledge of Linux Systems.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Ability to independently identify and resolve problems.
- Basic knowledge of computer security applied to system administration.
