As a Systems Operations Analyst, your skills will keep our industry-changing technology platforms humming smoothly. While building your skills and your career, you’ll support client-facing systems and applications while driving issue resolution and proactively investigating errors.
About the team:
What you will be doing:
- Managing hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity.
- Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.
What you will need:
- Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems.
- Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.
- High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s, bachelor’s or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels.
