Job Description
Technical Requirements
- Experience with Veeva RIM and Veeva SafetyDocs
- Knowledge of publishing tools such as Lorenz Docubridge and ISI Toolbox
- Experience in the regulatory domain
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Veeva users, ensuring appropriate access and ongoing support
- Support Veeva quarterly releases, including testing new functionalities and assessing potential impacts
- Work with stakeholders to implement and optimize REST APIs and VQL queries, considering performance limits
- Provide support and troubleshooting for the PleaseReview tool, including user training
- Manage users in Lorenz Docubridge and liaise with the vendor to resolve incidents
- Configure and support ISI Toolbox
- Maintain active communication with business stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution
Preferred Qualification
- Veeva Administration certification (or equivalent)
