We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner , to join our Product Management team. This role is located in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, or São Paulo, SP .
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional who enjoys challenging the status quo and taking a hands-on approach to building and evolving products.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Define clear and challenging goals for the team, aligned with business OKRs, ensuring effective communication and continuous direction;
- Take end-to-end ownership of the team’s results, tracking progress, risks, and impacts, and keeping stakeholders regularly informed;
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product vision, OKRs, and the group’s strategic requirements;
- Identify, escalate, and address impediments and risks that may impact product delivery and value;
- Partner with product leadership to define and sustain the business value of initiatives, supporting communications and client interactions when needed;
- Monitor the regulatory and risk environment, partnering with senior leadership to assess and implement necessary adjustments to deliverables;
- Translate business and user needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria; Facilitate release planning, agile ceremonies, and sprint reviews/demonstrations.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Technology, or related fields;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or in product leadership roles;
- Experience in the financial services market, particularly in regulated environments or within the investment industry;
- Experience leading cross-functional teams;
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with agile methodologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization, including executives; Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical, collaborative, and delivery-focused mindset.
