Job description
We’re looking for a Virtual Partner Marketing Manager (vPMM) to join our AWS marketing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a select group of consulting, reseller, and ISV partners – helping them shape, execute, and improve their marketing efforts around AWS solutions.
This isn’t just about ticking boxes or pushing out campaigns. You’ll become a trusted advisor, coaching partners through their marketing journeys – from strategy to execution – so they can make the most of the resources and opportunities AWS offers.
If you enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and getting hands-on with marketing plans that drive real business results, we’d love to hear from you.
Remote (Must be based in São Paulo)
Portuguese – Native | Spanish – Fluent | English – Fluent
✈️ Travel: Up to 30%
Job Functions
Be a go-to marketing guide for your partners - offering advice, ideas, and support as they build and execute their plans.
Help partners refine existing tactics and explore new, creative ways to promote AWS solutions.
Make sure partners know how to access and use AWS marketing programs and tools effectively.
Collaborate with internal AWS teams and external agencies to get campaigns up and running smoothly.
Keep partners engaged, informed, and ready to take action that grows their AWS business.
Represent AWS at key partner events - sometimes in person - supporting activities and building stronger connections.
Your profile
3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in tech - cloud, software, or data would be a great fit.
Background working with partners, resellers, or channels is a big plus.
A solid understanding of marketing channels - both online (email, social, SEO/SEA, display, video) and offline (events, print, telemarketing, sponsorships).
Comfortable managing marketing plans from start to finish, including working with agencies.
Familiarity with MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and how co-marketing programs work.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’re good at earning trust.
Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus.
Confident using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to share ideas clearly and professionally.
Tech-curious and eager to learn how to use new systems and platforms.
A Few More Important Things
This role is remote, but you must be based in Sao Paulo
You’ll need to be flexible and available to attend key partner events in person - around 30% of the time, though in busier months it could go up to 50%.
All travel to other cities or countries will be reimbursed separately by the company.
You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team, but also trusted to work independently
If you’re someone who loves working with people, enjoys marketing, and is excited about helping businesses grow with AWS - this could be the perfect fit.
