The Vice President of Growth, LATAM, will be pivotal in driving our market expansion, preparing strategies for scaling Brazil and Mexican markets. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence our regional performance and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new client acquisitions within our Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Outcomes offering.- Enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service delivery.
- Drive customer retention and ensure continuous collaboration.
- Increment ad spend for individual clients.
- Manage negotiations and signings of Joint Business Plans with advertisers.
- Secure and execute trading deals with agency partners.
- Oversee the sales team, fostering an environment of growth and achievement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business plan for the market.
Strategic Goals:
- Significantly increase the number of brands collaborating with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).
- Maintain a low client churn and a high satisfaction (Net Promoter Score).
- Amplify overall market revenue.
