YOUNG APPRENTICE
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Position Objective: To support the administrative activities of the sector, contributing to the organization, document control and internal service, while developing professional skills and practical knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and archiving of physical and digital documents;
- Support in filling out spreadsheets and internal systems;
- Provide telephone and face-to-face service, when necessary;
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations;
- Support in the routine of control of materials and administrative requests;
- Collaborate with other areas as demanded.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required
- Be between 14 and 24 years old (according to current legislation)
- Be attending or have completed high school;
- Basic computer knowledge (Office Package);
