To help businesses achieve their marketing goals on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), no matter how big or small, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric strategic mindset. You will be doing so by designing and executing scaled sales & service delivery strategies, as well as ensuring that our customers have the right tools and product at their fingertips.

About the role:
We're looking for a passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Agency Growth team in São Paulo - Brazil. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and satisfaction. This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a hyper-growth work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB/Growth agencies.

  • In-Office Policy* - We're currently working in the office 4x a week and will be moving to full-time, 5x a week starting this fall.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and grow agency relationships by seeking partnerships across various agency teams
  • Acquire potential agencies on our platform
  • Serve as external product expert, educating agencies on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) product solutions and best practices to help them achieve greater results through building compelling data-driven storylines that are customized to the Agency/Client's business
  • Provide scaled media strategy and planning support, while monitoring, analyzing campaign performance to make proactive recommendations to improve results
  • Coach and enable agencies to effectively pitch new business
  • Develop long-term strategic plans and conduct quarterly business reviews to build productive relationships with key Agency stakeholders and their clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Prioritize book of business based on understanding of agency opportunities to reach your goals while ensuring exceptional client service across book of business
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to deliver scaled strategic initiatives
  • Serve as the voice-of-the-customer providing insights/feedback on product, operations and opportunities to build and expand the Agency team
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience or agency
  • Agency experience or Agency partnerships experience
  • Experience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • High written and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Portuguese-and-English-speaking markets;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of a self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products.
  • Experience of acquiring new clients/agencies
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business with ability to identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities
  • Passionate about Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
  • Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders being creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • Experience prioritizing and managing projects and tasks within a fast paced environment
  • A team player and collaborator with the ability to perform well in a rapidly growing environment
