We are looking for an Area Sales Manager tojoin our team in Brazil and play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering value-driven solutions to customers.

What are your key responsibilities:

As our Area Sales Manager, Brazil, you will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening customer and dealers partnerships, and expanding our market presence. You will lead through:

  • Commercial Growth & Market Expansion: Identify opportunities, unlock new business potential, and drive sustainable sales growth across the Brazilian market.

  • Strategic Customer/Dealer Partnership: Build trusted relationships, understand customer/dealer challenges, and deliver value-driven solutions that create long-term impact.
  • Sales Strategy & Opportunity Management: Shape and advance commercial opportunities through strategic planning, market insights, and proactive pipeline management.
  • Negotiation & Business Excellence: Lead quotations, tenders, and commercial negotiations while ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with global and local teams to deliver the best technical and commercial outcomes for customers.
  • End-to-End Customer Journey – Champion a seamless experience across the full sales cycle, from opportunity development to delivery and long-term customer success.

What you bring to the role:

We’re looking for a commercially driven professional who combines customer focus, business acumen, and a proactive mindset to create meaningful impact. Ideally, you bring:

  • Education & Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) and experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate global strategy into strong local execution.
  • Commercial & Technical Strength: Proven B2B negotiation experience and strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and services
  • Leadership Capability: Skilled in team development, communication, and conflict management.
  • Operational & Financial Skills: Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and P&L.

Global Mindset: Ability to work effectively across cultures and functions, with fluency in English and at least one regional language.
