In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the execution of theinternationalization strategy for Strategic Partnerships, contributing to the diversification of the company’s geographic revenue;
- Attracting high-volume and unmapped leads to the company’s Strategic Partnerships pipeline, including leads from sectors beyond tourism;
- Significantly increasing the number of high-performing international partnerships established by the company, helping the area achieve its goals;
- Developing strong relationships with partners by regularly reviewing and optimizing each account, ensuring that both the partner and Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) extract maximum value from the established partnership;
- Contributing to a more competitive product, generating and prioritizing product development demands in collaboration with the Technology, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams, leveraging past experiences and industry benchmarks;
- Leading and serving as a reference for the team of account managers by sharing strategic and practical knowledge, participating in negotiations, providing delivery feedback to partners, and engaging in other hands-on coaching activities.
What we expect from you (experience, soft and hard skills):
- Live in some European country;
- Fluent English;
- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- 7+ years of experience in business development, account management, partnerships, or similar areas;
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals;
- Ability to lead and manage projects across multiple functional areas and stakeholders;
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations about a technological product or service to different audiences (Marketing, Technology, CX, etc.) and summarize its key selling points;
- Understanding of the main operational and financial business KPIs and the ability to interpret and articulate them to make well-founded decisions, particularly in the tourism industry;
- Knowledge of digital business models and their key KPIs;
- Experience using the Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides);
- Experience in negotiating and managing revenue share partnerships;
- Experience reviewing partnership contracts and understanding their key clauses.
What can make a difference:
- Fluency in other languages, such as Spanish, Italian, or others;
- Postgraduate degree;
- Experience managing affiliate programs, such as Awin, Tradetracker, or Rakuten.
