What are your main tasks?

• We are looking for an experienced NPM Buyer to join our team in Niš and support procurement activities within the Services & Invest / CapEx area.
  
  Your responsibilities:
  
  Analyse and evaluate procurement markets in Services & Invest/CapEx area
  Optimize and implement procurement strategies
  Conduct negotiations on prices, delivery conditions, and contract terms
  Lead global tenders and bundle purchasing requirements
  Perform group-wide demand analyses
  Manage escalations and support complaint processes
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Controlling, R&D, etc.)
  Perform process and value analyses with selected suppliers
  Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing processes
  

What are your qualifications?

• University degree (technical or business) or relevant vocational training
  Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably Services & Invest/CapEx
  Strong knowledge of contract management
  Fluent English (German is a plus)
  Experience with SAP and MS Office
  Structured and independent way of working
  Strong communication and negotiation skills
  Strong analytical mindset and cost awareness
