Position: Category Management Analyst

Location : Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

Role Summary

Consolidate, structure, and share Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s category strategies with the Category Management (GC) team while supporting customers.

Develop training and business recommendations based on shopper knowledge and market trends that drive profitable growth in Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) categories, as well as improve the shopper experience across different retail environments.

Provide and ensure the productivity of the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) product portfolio, as well as assortment recommendations for H&S, C&C, and Pharma channels.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consulting and Training: Provide technical consulting and training on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) categories for clients and internal teams, basing recommendations on market and consumer data.

• Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities through store audits (store checks), market analysis, and shopper behavior studies to increase category sales.

• Strategic Planning: Support the development of category plans for key clients, aiming for growth in volume, value, and productivity, as well as operational and logistical improvements.

• Planogram Management: Update category management strategies based on market data and prepare planograms for execution by the company’s internal teams.

• Influence on the 5Ps: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to influence the implementation of the 5Ps in Category Management for clients.

• Excellence in Execution: Train the sales force and merchandising teams on planogram implementation at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with established strategies.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed

• Solid experience in Analytics or Commercial areas

• Intermediate English

• Office Package proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (Specialization in trade marketing, retail, or sales)

• Spanish language proficiency
