Controllership Specialist
This person will play a pivotal role in the company’s financial and strategic decision-making by ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity. Acting as the core of the Controllership function, this individual will be responsible for developing and monitoring financial indicators, conducting in-depth analysis, and providing critical insights that support executive leadership, investors, and stakeholders. They will oversee budgeting, cost allocation, international billing, and intercompany transactions, while ensuring compliance with local and international standards. This professional will also contribute to audits, investor discussions, and cross-functional initiatives, driving transparency and business sustainability in a dynamic and growing organization.
Main Qualifications:
Proven expertise in controllership, with hands-on experience in accounting processes including cost allocation, revenue recognition, billing, and international transactions;
Advanced knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and investment analysis (SDMA approach is a plus);
Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive, complex, and high-impact financial information;
Advanced technical skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI development to guide strategic decisions;
Experience in supporting audits, due diligence, and investor relations by ensuring the reliability of financial data;
High proficiency in ERP financial modules and BI/reporting tools, capable of generating insights and driving automation;
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, balancing analytical depth with transparent and secure communication;
Main Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Financial Management (MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus);
Solid experience in controllership, accounting, or financial operations, preferably within complex business environments (technology industry experience is a differential);
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, or equivalent;
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a strong plus);
Strong communication skills and the ability to present sensitive and critical financial information clearly and securely;
Advanced English (spoken and written);
