The Copilot Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) role within the International Customer Success Unit (iCSU) supports enterprise customer success by contributing to the deployment and configuration of Copilot Studio (Agent‑based) solutions.
This role is focused on helping customers implement and operationalize AI through the configuration of Copilot Studio agents, leveraging Power Platform connectors and automation capabilities to integrate enterprise data sources and business processes into agent‑driven solutions.
The primary technical workload for this role is the deployment and configuration of Copilot Studio agents and supporting automation patterns. Familiarity with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) 365 Copilot adoption scenarios is beneficial but considered a supplemental capability, not the primary focus of this position.
Responsibilities
Copilot Studio Agent Configuration (Primary Focus)
Assist in configuring and testing Copilot Studio agents aligned to enterprise customer business process scenarios
Support integration of agents with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) 365 content sources such as SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise file systems
Contribute to configuration of:
Agent topics
Actions
Connectors
Support automation workflows using Power Platform connectors and low‑code automation tools
AI Solution Delivery Support
Assist in delivery of Copilot Studio pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and technical validation engagements
Execute defined technical delivery tasks supporting readiness and early deployment of agent‑based Copilot solutions
Support customers in preparing for secure and compliant AI‑enabled agent deployments aligned to governance requirements
Copilot Adoption Support (Supplemental)
Provide support to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) 365 Copilot adoption efforts where required
Assist in identifying readiness or change‑management blockers
Collaboration & Technical Growth
Collaborate with CSAMs, partners, and virtual teams to support delivery of Copilot Studio engagements
Continue to build technical proficiency in:
Copilot Studio agent configuration
Power Platform environments
Connector‑based automation
Operational Excellence
Operate according to required operational excellence standards, including time tracking and documentation
Follow established tools and practices to identify, escalate, and help mitigate technical or delivery blockers
Execute work in compliance with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) policies and governance frameworks
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
AND
2+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related technical roles
OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role
2+ years of experience contributing to technical solution delivery efforts
- This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
