【Job Description】: - Monthly/ annual planning of User Incentive budget. - Set UI department KPIs (guided Orders & GMV, Discounts & efficiency) targets. - Monthly planning of discounts and promotions. - Monitoring and tracking UI performance. - Conduct analysis on user behavior & utilization of discounts to optimize spends. - Collaborate & coordinate with Finance team to align on plans and budgets based on overall strategy.
Position Requirement
【Job Requirements】: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Above eight years of experience in user incentives strategy, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry, with a proven track record of success. 3. In-depth understanding of customer, acquisition retention, and loyalty strategies, with a focus on user incentives. 4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders and leading a team. 6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
