Our client, a captive finance bank, is looking for a professional to take on the position of Enterprise IT Specialist

Main Duties:

The position will work in a collaborative and innovative environment, enhancing your technological skills and contributing to projects that positively impact our customers. The entity values a strong risk culture and expect all our professionals to approach risk management proactively and responsibly. Main Duties:

• Keep and develop IT Strategy.

• Support the IT-Sourcing providers governance (interlink between IT providers and business).

• Support IT risks management by continuous evaluation and definition of mitigation actions.

• Monitor and evaluate IT processes with regards to quality and fulfillment of requirements.

• Support infrastructure management.

• Lead IT service levels and ensure business continuity.

• Implement and maintain global shared systems including as CUBE and other initiatives.

• Maintain change processes (selection, development, transformation of IT structure).

• Lead IT demand, development, and deployment of IT systems and infrastructure.

• Facilitate agile project dynamics and process.

• Lead project portfolio management and ensure alignment of projects with business and IT strategy.

Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience within an international organization.

Progressive experience as an IT project consultant in the financial industry.

Several years in the development of finance systems and multiplatform experience.

Strong English communication skills (minimum B.2)

Technical knowledge

Advanced skills in IT-processes and ITIL (must have)

Knowledge in cloud architecture.

Software development Lifecyle

Basic knowledge in data governance, RPA and AI.

intermediate skills in IT-Infrastructure, network, application management

Advanced level in processes and methods of IT-Project-management, PM certified

Competencies required

Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work.

Location: São Paulo

Hybrid – 3 days a week at the office.
