About the Position
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in São Paulo.
This professional will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations by ensuring the accuracy of financial processes, monitoring cash flow, controlling payments and receipts, and contributing to the efficiency and compliance of our financial activities.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with numbers, financial analysis, process improvement, and internal controls in a dynamic multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Control and reconcile bank transactions.
Monitor company payments and collections.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
Support cash flow management and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
Analyze financial and tax-related documentation.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Work closely with suppliers, banks, and internal departments to resolve financial matters.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in Finance.
Intermediate or Advanced Excel.
Experience with:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliation
Cash Flow Management
Financial Reporting
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

- Advanced english for comunication
Nice to Have
Experience using TOTVS (Protheus) ERP.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Previous experience in multinational companies.
