General Manager, Brazil

The Opportunity:

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is seeking a General Manager, Brazil, to oversee and scale operations in one of its most important global markets.

In this role, you will serve as the senior point of accountability for Brazil, with scope covering in-market execution across business operations, commercial activity, team programs, brand development, and people practices. You will work with global executives and functional counterparts to ensure consistent local outcomes aligned with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s global strategy, values, and standards.

This role suits an experienced operator with strong market insight, comfort operating within matrixed organizations, and the ability to convert strategy into clear, repeatable execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Regional Strategy & Market Oversight

  • Act as the senior site authority for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Brazil, with accountability for culture, compliance, safety, and operational effectiveness.

  • Serve as an advisory partner to executive and functional stakeholders on Brazilian market priorities and execution.

  • Define and deliver a regional growth approach aligned with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s global direction.

  • Represent Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) in Brazil with partners, stakeholders, media, and the broader esports ecosystem.

• Business Development & Commercial Execution

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in the Brazilian market.

  • Contribute to local sales, partnerships, and talent initiatives through network access, pitch participation, and market insight.

  • Work with global and regional teams to enable sustainable growth across Brazil and LATAM.

• Operations & Financial Oversight

  • Maintain oversight of local budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation in coordination with global counterparts.

  • Ensure operational practices meet efficiency, compliance, and cost expectations.

  • Work with global operations and facilities teams to ensure the Brazilian facility and vendor arrangements operate as intended.

• Team Programs & Performance

  • Provide senior oversight for Brazilian team programs and related operations.

  • Ensure appropriate structures are in place for player and staff development and long-term sustainability.

  • Contribute input on roster planning and local program business planning in coordination with global counterparts.

• People Practices

  • Establish and maintain a high-standard working environment aligned with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s values.

  • Work with People & Culture to ensure local practices align with regional requirements and global standards.

  • Facilitate regular forums and information sessions to ensure clarity, alignment, and transparency across the region.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a senior general management or regional role, ideally within esports, sports, entertainment, media, or technology.

• Strong familiarity with the Brazilian market, including cultural, commercial, and regulatory considerations.

• Experience operating within complex, global, matrixed organizations.

• Sound judgment and a structured approach to evaluating options and identifying next steps.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

• Alignment with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s values and operating standards.

• Interest in esports and digital culture.
