At Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)®, our Product & Engineering team is the backbone that lets enterprise organizations protect their most critical identity assets — and as we scale globally, our platform and product suite must evolve even faster.
We're looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) who wants to lead and shape the next chapter of our platform, not just manage backlogs. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a battle-tested product leader who operates at the intersection of deep technical security, complex B2B enterprise problems, and global scale.
Whether you are building a groundbreaking capability from 0→1 with global enterprise design partners or scaling an established core product from 1→10 into new categories and markets, you will take full ownership of real products, complex technical requirements, and high executive visibility.
If you're proactive, thrive in technical density, take ownership of what you build, and care more about real business and security results than buzzwords, you'll feel at home here.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy & Execution: Drive one or more platform product lines end-to-end — from 0→1 capability launches to 1→10 scaling for enterprise segments. Handle discovery, definition, prioritization, specs, and global releases.
- Customer Development & Deep Research: Conduct in-depth interviews with global enterprise clients in highly regulated industries. Synthesize qualitative inputs into clear roadmap decisions and close the loop between customer feedback and product execution.
- Technical Product Ownership: Partner closely with senior engineers on architecture, protocol specs (OAuth, OIDC, emerging identity standards), and design trade-offs with absolute credibility.
- Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Collaborate with GTM, Finance, and BU Leadership to define, test, and evolve pricing and packaging models (including consumption-based and non-traditional models).
- Analyst & Standards Engagement: Support strategic interactions with major analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, KuppingerCole) and participate in discussions within global standards bodies alongside BU leadership.
- Operational Excellence & Cadence: Drive OKRs, roadmaps, specs, and release rhythms. Lead the execution cadence across engineering squads (5–10 people per squad).
- Executive Leadership Visibility: Report progress directly to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)®’s executive leadership team, maintaining high clarity and visibility from day one.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years as a Product Manager with a proven, clear track record in 0→1 (taking a product from zero to initial PMF with paying clients) OR 1→10 (scaling PMF into mainstream, expansion, or international markets) in B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical fluency: Able to read RFCs, grasp distributed architecture trade-offs, and hold rigorous technical discussions with engineering.
- Proven customer development practice: Deep experience conducting structured interviews, synthesizing pattern-level qualitative data, and avoiding the "feature factory" trap.
- Operational discipline & clear written communication: Mastery of OKRs, specs, and crisp written documentation that drives alignment.
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both English and Portuguese (daily interactions with local teams and global clients/analysts are routine).
- Work Location: Based in São Paulo, operating in a hybrid model with regular presence at our office in Pinheiros.
Preferred / Desirable
- Background in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM), Non-Human Identities (NHI), or Cloud Security.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS catering to highly regulated markets (Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Telco, Energy, Government).
- Global market exposure — navigating buyer nuances across US, Europe, LATAM, and Middle East.
- Experience with developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, Open Source projects).
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, AI agents, or autonomous agent security.
- Experience in complex/non-trivial pricing models (consumption-based, platform + add-ons, tiered enterprise).
- Previous involvement with standards bodies (IETF, OpenID Foundation, CNCF, OWASP).
