Role Overview

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is expanding its partner network and seeking experienced professionals who can originate, advance, and close B2B deals for software, AI, and product development services.

This role is best suited for individuals already active in B2B sales, consulting, or partnerships with access to decision-makers and an existing pipeline.

Compensation

Upfront Earnings

  • 20% of the client’s first payment per deal

Recurring Revenue

  • 10% of qualifying recurring revenue for up to 12 months

Large Deals ($25K+)

  • Higher commission structures available (agreed in advance)

Payment Terms

  • Paid after cleared client payments
  • No earnings cap — compensation scales with deal volume and size

As a Growth Partner, you will:

  • Qualify leads against the ideal client profile
  • Engage and manage conversations with decision-makers
  • Register and track opportunities
  • Maintain deal momentum through follow-ups and communication
  • Collaborate with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) during the sales process
