Responsabilidades e atribuições
· Manage and monitor overdue payments;
· Handle registered bank collections (submission and return files);
· Perform bank reconciliations;
· Issue invoices (Notas Fiscais);
· Maintain client relationships and provide customer service;
· Analyze and negotiate discounts;
· Participate in the enrollment and re-enrollment process;
· Record financial transactions in the management system;
· Prepare management reports and performance indicators;
· Provide support to Accounts Payable;
· Collaborate with other departments;
· Engage in school projects and events.
Requisitos e qualificações
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
· Solid experience in similar roles;
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
· Strategic mindset.
·English and/or Spanish proficiency is required for this role.
