Description
Responsible for executing marketing strategies for LAB and DFO (Franchise) channels, supporting sales enablement, demand generation, events, and post-sales initiatives for the iTero/Align Digital Platform, in alignment with global and regional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute channel marketing plans for LAB and DFO segments.
- Support sales enablement, toolkits, trainings and funnel execution.
- Coordinate marketing support for events, education programs and campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, customer engagement and channel performance.
- Support CRM, post-sales and customer experience initiatives.
- Adapt global marketing assets to local market needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Customer Success and Global teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 4–6 years of experience in Marketing or Channel/Trade Marketing (Healthcare, Medical Devices or B2B preferred).
- Experience working with Sales and multi-channel environments.
- Strong execution, organization and analytical skills.
- Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields; MBA is a plus.
