Overview:
The Product Expert will optimize the user experience and advocate for the customer within a leading internet platform company. Your deep understanding of the product will drive innovative solutions that meet user needs, enhancing overall product excellence.
You Have:
- Portuguese level (native or bilingual).
- English Level (C1+).
- Spanish (desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with product management or as a subject matter expert in a tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving product-related challenges.
You Will:
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and become the go-to resource for product expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements.
- Engage directly with users to gather feedback and address any issues, ensuring user satisfaction and product improvement.
- Analyze user metrics and trends to identify opportunities for product upgrade and increased engagement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to enhance product literacy.
