What you'll do on the team
As an SAP Analytics Lead at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), you will lead the delivery of customer and internal projects, managing teams, resources, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes. You will actively participate in client engagements while overseeing delivery behind the scenes, and team performance.
You will support presales efforts by contributing to proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Proofs of Concept (POCs). You will also manage and mentor offshore team members, including teams in Brazil, ensuring alignment, accountability, and quality across all deliverables.

You will be responsible for:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics projects across customer and internal initiatives
- Manage customer engagements both client-facing (calls, workshops, alignment) and behind the scenes (planning, execution, delivery oversight)
- Monitor team performance, provide direction, and drive accountability across all workstreams
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Support presales activities, including contributing to proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Proofs of Concept (POCs)
- Collaborate with leadership to shape solutions and support new business opportunities
- Manage and mentor offshore team members, including teams based in Brazil, ensuring alignment, productivity, and delivery excellence
What you'll bring to the team
- Written and spoken English fluency
- 7+ years of experience leading SAP Analytics projects and managing software development lifecycles
- Ability to apply your SAP Analytics background to problem solving, foreseeing and overcoming project hurdles
- Experience contributing to presales activities, including supporting proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Proofs of Concept (POCs)
- Experience in engaging with clients and pivotal in building positive client relationship
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support cross-functional teams, manage performance, and drive accountability across onshore and offshore resources
