Description:

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution for the Brazil market, with a focus on scalability for future rollout across Mexico, Southeast Asia, and other growth markets.

This role will act as the primary technical owner for the implementation and optimization of the TPM platform, with strong experience in Visualfabriq (now SAP Revenue Growth Management / Trade Promotion) and dashboard integrations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of the TPM platform in Brazil

· Own technical architecture and system design for the local deployment

· Configure and optimize Visualfabriq / Fabric capabilities for trade promotion workflows

· Partner with business, analytics, and integration teams to ensure alignment

· Support dashboard and reporting enablement connected to the TPM platform

· Ensure the solution is scalable and replicable for future regional rollouts

· Collaborate with global Mars teams and offshore stakeholders across time zones

· Provide technical guidance, issue resolution, and best practice recommendations

Required Skills

· Strong experience with Visualfabriq / Trade Promotion Management tools

· Experience in TPM / TPO implementations

· Strong system architecture and technical leadership background

· Experience working in global enterprise environments

· Experience supporting multi-market deployments preferred
