Senior Alliances Manager – LATAM
Location: São Paulo, SP (Hybrid)
Play a key role in scaling partner-driven growth across Latin America while working with global enterprise customers and top-tier system integrators.

This is the role and main tasks
As Senior Alliances Manager for LATAM, you will own and expand relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and leading regional System Integrators, driving partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. You will work closely with Sales, Industry, and Product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, enable partners, and execute co-sell motions across key industries. This role combines strategic alliance ownership with hands-on execution and regional market development.
More specifically, you will:
  • Own and manage strategic GSI and SI relationships across LATAM, with Brazil as the primary hub
  • Drive partner-influenced revenue through structured co-sell and joint GTM initiatives
  • Develop and execute regional and vertical-specific alliance strategies
  • Lead partner enablement programs to support sales and delivery readiness
  • Build governance models, track KPIs, and run regular partner business reviews
This is your team
You will join the global Alliances team, working closely with regional Sales leaders, Industry specialists, and Marketing teams across the Americas and Europe. The team is highly collaborative, commercially driven, and focused on building scalable partner ecosystems that accelerate growth.

Who we are looking for
We are searching for a commercially minded alliance leader who is proactive, structured, and relationship-driven. You thrive in complex partner environments, are comfortable working across cultures, and can balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution. You bring strong communication skills, executive presence, and a genuine passion for building partnerships that create value for customers and partners alike.
Moreover, you:
  • Have 8+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or business development
  • Bring hands-on experience working with GSIs and/or large regional SIs in LATAM
  • Have a solid understanding of enterprise SaaS, data platforms, or MDM solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and scale joint go-to-market programs
  • Are willing to travel across LATAM as needed
