As a Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in helping enterprise organizations solve complex security challenges by bridging deep technical knowledge with a strong commercial mindset. This is a high-visibility position within a growing cybersecurity company, offering the opportunity to drive revenue, shape customer outcomes, and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic deals across North America.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the full technical sales cycle for enterprise deals (discovery, demos, proposals, RFPs, evaluations, and handoff to post-sales);
Architect and position Identity Security solutions to solve complex business and technical challenges for enterprise customers;
Lead and execute Proof of Concept/Value (POC/POV) engagements in complex environments;
Build and expand technical relationships with customers, prospects, and partners (including VARs);
Act as the technical point of contact between customers and internal teams (Product, Architecture, Delivery);
Contribute to go-to-market initiatives through webinars, events, and technical content creation;
Lead and mentor regional SEs, driving best practices and technical excellence;
Own and drive regional/global Sales Engineering initiatives and projects;
Main requirements:
Consolidate experience in Technical Sales / Sales Engineering roles;
Strong experience in cybersecurity, preferably in Identity Security (IAM/PAM or related);
Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and conducting POCs;
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
Experience working with large enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder environments;
Strong technical presentation and communication skills (executive and technical audiences);
Experience with consultative selling and stakeholder management;
Proven track record of achieving Sales Engineering targets and technical win rates;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience;
Fluent English, and willingness to travel 30–50% within the US;
Nice to have:
Relevant experience in the North American market;
Spanish proficiency;
Background in Identity Security, IAM, PAM, or broader cybersecurity architecture;
Experience in scale-ups or high-growth environments;
Experience working with partner ecosystems (VARs).

This is an independent contractor position under senhaConfidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) USA LLC, offering full remote flexibility across the United States, with occasional travel (30–50%) to support customer engagements and strategic initiatives;
All necessary equipment will be provided, enabling you to operate effectively in a high-performance, distributed environment while staying closely connected to customers and the revenue team;
