We are building the next phase of our company and are looking for exceptional strategy talent to work directly with senior leadership on the most critical decisions shaping Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s future.
Role Summary
As Senior Strategy Manager, you will work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and executive leadership to own and drive analysis, insights, and recommendations on Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s highest-impact strategic topics.
This is a highly visible, high-leverage individual contributor role designed for someone with a top-tier consulting background who wants to operate at the center of corporate strategy and long-term value creation.
You will be a core thought partner to the CSO, responsible for turning complex market, regulatory, and business questions into clear points of view, decision-ready recommendations, and crisp executive narratives. You will also own the analytical and content backbone for recurring executive and board-level strategy updates.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys first-principles problem solving, and wants direct exposure to building a multi-billion-dollar platform company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Analysis & Recommendations; Support the Energy OS / Horizon 2–3 Strategy;
- Own Executive & Board Strategy Inputs;
- Strategic Foresight & Risk / Opportunity Tracking;
- Thought Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of total professional experience;
- Experience working on corporate strategy, growth strategy, market entry, or large-scale transformation topics.
Skills & Capabilities
- Exceptional structured thinking and first-principles problem-solving skills;
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities; comfortable building models, sizing markets, and assessing scenarios;
- Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, decision-ready insights;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence;
- Proven ability to create high-quality strategy decks and narratives that stand up to CEO and board scrutiny;
- Fluent English required (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a top-tier management consulting environment, ideally in roles focused on strategic problem‑solving and high‑impact initiatives.
