Technology Solutions Manager

The Technology Solutions Manager brings a strong blend of technical depth and business acumen to help Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) LATAM achieve its strategic objectives. This role partners closely with internal and external technology teams, as well as business stakeholders, to understand business goals and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions. The Technology Manager 3 owns and actively participates in all phases of project delivery, driving initiatives with significant cross-functional and regional impact.

Reporting directly to the Director of Technology Solutions for LATAM, this role is responsible for defining delivery plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and overseeing production support once solutions are live. The ideal candidate is a business-oriented, technically savvy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can operate with minimal supervision, and effectively balances multiple priorities while delivering measurable results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business needs, objectives, operational procedures, and existing challenges; analyze inputs and outputs; and propose process and technology improvements to optimize LATAM operations.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable solutions.
• Provide technical, business, and domain expertise in the design and improvement of processes and procedures for new initiatives and ongoing operations, including production support for existing LATAM clients.
• Partner closely with Brazil leadership, clients, and business/operational teams to elicit functional requirements and translate them into end-to-end IT solutions, owning all technology aspects of assigned initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
• Communicate scope, feasibility, risks, dependencies, and timelines clearly and effectively to technology leadership and project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners, vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams across the region.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred and fluency in all 3 will have priority.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives and deliver results with limited oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural, geographically distributed environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain ownership, and keep workstreams on track.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of experience in a senior analyst, technical lead, or technology management role.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into effective IT solutions and driving execution through delivery.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles within IT, engineering, systems integration, or enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Working knowledge of network fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP) and general network architecture concepts.
• Exposure to AI-based or automation tools used to improve efficiency and optimize work processes is a plus.
• Experience in the Telecom/Wireless industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus.
