Summary

We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as Enterprise Management (EM) Reporting Administrator – Tier III to join our team supporting a large-scale federal IT environment. This role provides advanced reporting, analytics, and data visualization capabilities to monitor and optimize enterprise systems performance, compliance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports leveraging tools such as MECM, Power BI, and SQL queries.

  • Develop data-driven insights on patch compliance, endpoint health, software deployment, and asset management.

  • Support audit readiness and compliance reporting by producing accurate, policy-aligned reports.

  • Collaborate with enterprise management teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data quality.

  • Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and analytics methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT reporting, analytics, or enterprise management.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, or comparable reporting and visualization tools.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and security compliance reporting practices.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.

Education & Certifications

  • Required (Foundational – one of the following):

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited),

    • OR Security+ / SSCP.

  • Required (CE – one of the following):

    • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate,

    • OR Microsoft Power Platform Developer.
