We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our team! 🎲🏆
As a UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing simple, engaging, and intuitive digital experiences across Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Brazil’s web and mobile products.
Your mission is to combine empathy, data, and creativity to transform user journeys and strengthen our brand across every touchpoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design UX solutions for the product, for both the web and the app
Create wireframes, low-fi and interactive prototypes in Figma
Learn from and test your solutions with real users
Employ a systematic and evidence-based approach to your design
Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with external designers on delivery
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years’ experience working on SaaS products
Knowledge of design systems, flow design and predictable patterns
Interest in user psychology, research methodologies and usage data
A portfolio of problem solving and other delightful experiences
Excellent knowledge of Figma
You have created prototypes in Figma to test and adjust your solutions
Team player with the willingness to share knowledge and learn.
Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English;
