Reporting to the Sales Director IB and Services, the Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for driving customer retention, recovery, pricing discipline, and growth insights across the Installed Base. This role partners closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, Pricing, and Leadership teams to proactively manage churn risk, improve customer lifetime value, and ensure data-driven decision‑making across regions. This position will be hybrid located in São Paulo.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Proactively monitoring customer consumption patterns using the 18‑month Consumption Model to identify deviations from historical run‑rates, assess forecast order backlog risk, and surface early indicators of churn across the installed base.
Managing Installed Base health by tracking IB Confirm KPIs by customer segment cadence (XL/L every 90 days; M/S every 180 days), ensuring zero overdue leads, and reviewing At‑Risk Scorecards to identify risks such as declining technology revenue, aging printers, lack of service contracts, or unfavorable price positioning.
Leading off‑brand recovery efforts by building and managing the Regain funnel, tracking Regain Sustainment performance (target 85%), executing structured 30/60/90‑day follow‑up actions after Closed‑Won opportunities, and supporting decisions on active recovery versus Parking Lot opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline.
Supporting strategic pricing initiatives by calculating and monitoring Price Index by customer and peer group, contributing to annual price increase planning by technology (CIJ, TTO, LCM, Laser), and verifying execution across Oracle and local ERP systems to ensure deployed increases meet or exceed defined business targets.
Overseeing new customer onboarding and early retention by monitoring Welcoming Leads campaigns, ensuring timely closure within 90 days, tracking revenue evolution during the first 12 months, and identifying early churn risk patterns requiring intervention.
Driving business intelligence and data governance by maintaining and evolving core performance tools such as the Growth Bridge (weekly VMB and monthly Bowler), consolidating revenue, backlog, gross margin, churn, and Regain funnel performance by country, while developing and maintaining dashboards in SFDC and Power BI to support commercial and customer experience decision‑making.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in commercial operations, business analytics, pricing, or installed base management within an industrial or B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience working with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Power BI, ERP systems).
Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into commercial insights and actions.
Advanced English and Spanish.
