Job Description:
What will be your mission?
Lead the full marketing and growth agenda, owning the overall strategy, targets, budget, and KPI governance. Integrate Product Marketing, Growth, CRM, and Brand into one coordinated system to drive business scaling and brand relevance.

What will your day-to-day be like?
  • Own overall marketing strategy, targets, and budget allocation for Monee;
  • Coordinate and integrate Product Marketing, Growth, CRM, and Brand verticals;
  • Govern key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Growth, CAC, Activation & Retention trends, and Marketing ROI;
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions and GTM plans;
  • Own the customer growth engine across acquisition, conversion, activation, and scaling.
  • Connect credibly with customers, partners, media, and market to adapt global brand strategy to the local context;
  • Lead and mentor other People Managers within the Marketing & Growth vertical.

Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel, Google Slides, and familiarity with Marketing Tech stacks;
  • Fluent English (Mandatory);
  • Proven leadership experience in Marketing/Growth roles within FinTech or E-commerce.
